01. Lending to Projects
The team has been actively engaged in EB-5 financing of Urban TEAs and Rural Projects.
First Position Lending: Our management team looks for potential EB-5 deals which provide investors with the security of a senior loan. We actively review hundreds of potential opportunities to find real estate backed deals which gives our EB-5 investor comfort in the location, asset class and asset positioning.
We do not subordinate to CPACE or take mezzanine position loans unless the deal has unique features that provide additional security for the EB-5 investor. Serving the investor’s interests first is our primary goal.
02. Advisory
Advising for new developers and sponsors in EB-5, besides managing multiple EB-5 general partnerships.
Our team provides:
- Consulting advice to new developers or GP sponsors who are entering the EB-5 market.
