Lead Response Manager
Remote | Full-Time | EB5 Lending Alliance (Miami, FL)
If you’re a high-energy leader who thrives on speed, accountability, and results—this is your role. EB5 Lending Alliance is building a dedicated lead response team, and we’re looking for a Lead Response Manager to take charge. You’ll lead a small but powerful team (2–3 people) ensuring that every inbound client inquiry is answered within 5 minutes and immediately connected to our sales representatives.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead, coach, and manage a 2–3 person lead response team.
- Ensure every inquiry gets a rapid response via email, messenger, or phone.
- Coordinate shifts across multiple time zones for 24/7 coverage.
- Use Salesforce to track, assign, and manage leads.
- Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5+ years in call center, sales support, or lead management.
- Strong understanding of lead flow, reporting, and pipeline management.
- Experience managing people and holding teams accountable.
- Strong Salesforce skills and flow organization.
- Excellent communication skills; global client experience a plus.
- Immigration/EB-5 knowledge is helpful but not required.
- A Type-A personality—driven, decisive, and thrives under pressure.
- A call center mindset: no lead goes unanswered; strong sense of urgency and follow-up.
