CASA DOA Construction Update April 2026

We are pleased to share the latest construction progress for the Casa DOA project as of April 2026. Significant milestones have been achieved across multiple phases of the development.

Site Preparation & Infrastructure

Required development permits are in place, allowing continued progress on site activities. Road grading is currently underway and approximately 50% complete. Once finalized, work will transition into water and sewer line installation, followed by pad preparation to set the stage for the next phase.

Underground utility installation commenced last week and is advancing as planned. Upon completion of grading, the project team anticipates securing the remaining construction permits, with the permitting process continuing on schedule.

Historic Buildings & Guest Rooms

All existing historic structures and guest room buildings are currently in various stages of active construction, reflecting steady and deliberate progress across both restoration and development efforts. The team remains committed to preserving the character of these landmark buildings while bringing them up to modern standards.

New Vertical Construction

New vertical construction is expected to commence next month, marking a pivotal milestone in the project’s trajectory.

Procurement is currently underway for the following venues and amenities: • Spa & Wellness Center • Food & Beverage Venues
