Nestled on one of Hawaii's most iconic islands, Koloa Village is moving from construction site to finished neighborhood. With work underway across the entire development, the project is marking significant milestones on its path to completion.

Progress on the Ground

Sidewalks are poured, driveways are paved, and the site infrastructure is essentially complete. Several buildings — A, B, C and D — are already finished and welcoming their first residents, a clear sign that the project is advancing as planned.

A Community Coming Together

As of the March 2026 site visit, framing is complete on 13 buildings, with roofing nearing completion on those same structures. Interior work is closely following — painting, drywall, flooring, bathroom finishes, and carpentry are all actively progressing. Fire sprinkler systems are halfway installed, and both plumbing and electrical finish work are advanced, running in close coordination with each other.

Siding installation is moving forward alongside framing, and door hardware is being fitted as soon as doors are hung. Lanai waterproofing is also underway. Meanwhile, Buildings K and L are in their earliest stages, with foundations being poured and framing just getting started.

Steady Progress on Schedule and Budget

Despite some weather-related delays, the project remains on track, with the current budget, per the project's financial review, considered sufficient to see it through to completion. Construction is proceeding in general compliance with drawings and specifications, with county inspectors regularly visiting the site. Quality control, safety standards, and environmental protections — including dust screens and silt fences — have been consistently maintained throughout.

Looking Ahead

The project work remains on schedule. Overall completion of the current scope of project work by Summer of 2026 appears to be likely.
