We are pleased to share the latest construction progress for the Casa DOA project, based on a site inspection conducted on June 24, 2026. Work continues to advance across multiple fronts, with steady progress in demolition, foundation preparation, and underground utility installation.
Demolition & Interior Progress
Demolition is complete across approximately half of the casita units, as well as all common area buildings with the exception of the caretaker's building and the sauna/spa building, both of which remain scheduled for later phases.
Interiors across the property are in varying stages of completion, ranging from partial demolition to finished spaces that are ready for fixture installation, reflecting steady, coordinated progress across the site.
Foundation & Site Preparation
All foundation pad sites for the new casitas have been prepared and are ready for construction to begin. Site grading and clearing work also continue to advance, with clearing now roughly half complete.
Utilities: Wet & Dry
Underground fire water lines and hydrants are approximately 75% installed, with sections now ready for partial pressure testing. Septic system plans have been finalized, and that phase of construction is expected to begin shortly.
On the dry utility side, the electrical plan has also been finalized, and construction can move forward pending scheduling coordination with the utility provider.
Project Outlook
With foundation sites prepared, utility work well underway, and permitting and design milestones largely finalized, Casa DOA is positioned to transition into its next phase of construction in the coming months. We will continue to provide updates as the project progresses.
