  • The grading contractor is currently building a 3D model to ensure all work aligns precisely with the approved plans.
  • The team will return to the site on Monday, August 11, to begin grading the various clusters. Estimated completion is within three weeks.

Drainage and Utility Plan Updates

  • All revised drainage and utility plans have been resubmitted to the county, incorporating redesign considerations.
  • These changes have significantly reduced infrastructure costs across the development.
  • Full approval is anticipated soon, with installation expected to follow the completion of the new casita grading.
