Matthew Galati has been an EB-5 attorney since early 2011. In this role, he has represented hundreds of EB-5 stakeholders, including investors, developers, regional centers and others. In recent years, following unprecedented USCIS delays and decision making, Galati has pivoted much of his practice to be more litigation-focused. Similarly, he has represented hundreds of investors facing delays and denials, as well as regional centers seeking project approvals. Beyond EB-5, he represents immigrants from all walks of life, including in family immigration, business startups, E-2 visas, and extraordinary ability cases. Galati was recently given the American Immigration Lawyers Association’s 2022 Joseph Minsky Young Lawyer Award for his outstanding contributions made as a young lawyer in the field of immigration and nationality law. He has been named a Top 25 Immigration Attorney and Top 5 Litigator by EB5 Investors Magazine consistently since 2018. .
Andrew Wall is a registered securities representative with Dalmore Group LLC (member FINRA/SIPC) and the founder of Dynaxe Capital, a specialized EB-5 advisory platform focused on investor education, strategic guidance, and hands-on support throughout the immigration and investment process. With over 13 years of experience in the EB-5 space, Andrew has supported more than 140 investor families from around the world, offering not just access to projects, but full lifecycle involvement, from initial onboarding to visa approval and capital repayment. Unlike traditional referral-based agents, Andrew acts as an invested partner, staying engaged at every critical step. He works closely with immigration attorneys, project sponsors, and developers to ensure due diligence, project transparency, and compliance. Known for his accessibility, market insight, and multilingual fluency (English/Spanish), Andrew also conducts regular site visits and milestone tracking to keep investors informed and confident throughout their journey. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Florida State University and a master’s in International Real Estate from Florida International University.
Trevor Anderson, who has been with HomeFed Corporation since 2014, is the director of EB-5 financing. Anderson spent his early years at HomeFed constructing and managing the company’s financial models. Currently, he plays an integral role in HomeFed’s EB-5 offerings and spends much of his time managing the company’s foreign investment related marketing and compliance efforts. In addition to those responsibilities, he helps manage the company’s multifamily residential development projects. Anderson earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Brigham Young University.
Braxton Bartlett is a former collegiate and professional basketball player turned real-estate investor, developer, and operator. He founded Paladin Capital, a development and management fund focused on residential assets with over 30 million in assets under management. He serves as managing partner of The Bartlett & Waskas Group, a growing commercial real-estate fund. A recent addition to EB5 Lending Alliance Sales team, Bartlett brings practical, on-the-ground real-estate experience to the EB-5 arena. His style pairs disciplined underwriting and crisp execution with brand-conscious operations—powered by a competitor’s drive and a team-first mindset shaped by high-level athletics. Bartlett concentrates on resilient, cash-flowing properties and long-term partnerships with lenders, operators, and investors both domestically and abroad.
