Mixed Use Vibrant Community in Otay Ranch

Côta Vera, or otherwise known as Village 8, is the newest village in the 22,899-acre Otay Ranch, one of the largest and most successful master-planned communities in the United States. This new community is made up of two parts. The West Village and the East Village. Côta Vera West is the first phase of this new community, and Côta Vera East is in the early planning stages.

Cradled in the rolling hills of Otay Ranch, and cooled by the afternoon South Bay breeze, this new community is located approximately 18 miles southeast of downtown San Diego and 14 miles from the nearest beach. This rapidly growing suburban area is surrounded by outdoor recreation, shopping centers, entertainment, and employments centers.

Côta Vera will include a walkable, mixed-use Town Center that will welcome all to the heart of the community with businesses, recreation, retail shops and spaces to play and gather. It will also be complete with a Town Square Park that will invite neighbors to enjoy morning coffee and evening refreshments outdoors in an Urban style mixed-use park.
