Investor Immigration Paralegal / Document Processor (EB-5 Program)
Remote | Full-Time | EB5 Lending Alliance (Miami, FL)
Are you a detail-obsessed, Type-A professional who thrives in high-stakes environments? EB5 Lending Alliance is seeking a Paralegal / Investor Document Processor to handle the preparation and management of investor petitions for our EB-5 projects—including our flagship Waldorf Astoria development. With over one hundred investor petitions to process, this role is critical to ensuring that every application is complete, accurate, and ready for attorney review.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and process investor application paperwork (petitions).
- Review all documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Coordinate with investors to collect missing information and obtain required signatures.
- Prepare comprehensive digital files for attorney review and submission.
- Maintain organized, secure records and ensure deadlines are met.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with investors and attorneys.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5+ years of experience as a paralegal, case manager, or processor (immigration, legal, or financial services preferred).
- Strong understanding of document management, compliance, or immigration filing procedures (EB-5 experience is a huge plus ).
- Excellent attention to detail—able to spot errors and inconsistencies quickly.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple petitions simultaneously.
- Proactive, Type-A personality who thrives under pressure and meets deadlines without compromise.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Tech-savvy with comfort using digital filing systems and document-sharing platforms.
