The EB-5 Lending Alliance is seeking a polished and results-driven Investor Relations Advisor to engage and close qualified investors participating in our EB-5 immigration investment program.
This position focuses on raising capital for our current EB-5 senior loan fund, which finances the Waldorf Astoria Hill Country, a landmark luxury resort and branded residences project in Texas. Investors participate in a debt fund like senior loan real estate-backed structure.

Key Responsibilities
- Raise Capital with Integrity: Engage accredited investors and guide them through the EB-5 investment and immigration process with professionalism and precision.
- Represent a Proven Platform: Present our current Waldorf Astoria Hill Country offering, articulating the value of our senior loan fund and its real estate-secured structure.
- Manage a Sophisticated Pipeline: Track and advance investor relationships using HubSpot or Salesforce with disciplined follow-up and clear documentation.
- Collaborate Across Disciplines: Partner with leadership, legal, and marketing teams to ensure compliance, investor confidence, and successful onboarding.
Qualifications
- Established Track Record: Minimum 4 years in private client sales, real estate sales, capital market sales or investment advisory. Experience closing high-value transactions ($250K+) preferred.
- Professional Presence: A poised communicator capable of engaging high-net-worth investors and building long-term relationships.
- Self-Directed and Accountable: Operates independently while maintaining transparency and consistent performance metrics.
- EB-5 or Investment Immigration Experience (Preferred but not required): Familiarity with the EB-5 program and global investor markets is a plus.
- Multilingual (Bonus): English required; Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, or Mandarin highly valued.
