Kristi Carlson

Kristi Carlson currently serves as the Vice President, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer. Kristi oversees the firm’s operational accounting, and leads the production of financial reports, maintains the accounting system, credit control, and manages cash flow. As part of the corporate management and leadership team, Kristi develops and implements the firm’s financial strategic planning decisions. She is responsible for developing the annual budget and prepares financial forecasts, ensuring the fiscal welfare of the firm. Kristi also works on various EB-5 business ventures and serves as the Project Controller, where she provides financial analysis and project reporting. Her involvement and financial expertise are two critical factors that ensure the firm’s high-quality work and project success. Kristi holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Bellevue University.
