Sitework and Vertical Construction

Sitework, which began in Fall 2024, is now largely complete, with sidewalks and major grading activities finalized. Only a few remaining driveway sections are scheduled for completion in November.

Vertical construction, which began in early 2025, continues to progress without major delays. Framing and roofing have advanced across several buildings, including A, B, C, D, E, M, N, and R. Interior rough-in work is underway in these buildings, followed by insulation, drywall, and early-stage finishing.

Framing is also progressing for Buildings F and G, with Building P beginning framing activities. Preparations are ongoing for subsequent buildings in accordance with the revised construction sequence.

Permits and Compliance

All required County permits have been issued for both grading and vertical construction. County inspectors continue to visit the site regularly, and all required special inspections are being completed as needed.

Environmental controls remain fully in place, including perimeter dust screens, tire-cleaning aprons at site entrances, and silt fencing. These measures are being maintained properly and remain compliant with regulatory requirements.
