Dominique Crenn made history as the first woman in the United States to earn three Michelin stars for her San Francisco restaurant Atelier Crenn, and she continues to redefine fine dining with her artistry and innovation. Recognized by Time Magazine as one of the 100 Most Influential People of 2024, she has also been featured on Netflix’s acclaimed series Chef’s Table and owns several celebrated restaurants as well as Bleu Belle Farm in Sonoma Valley.

Her involvement in this Eb-5 project marks a major milestone for the Fredericksburg region—already known for its wineries, scenic landscapes, and local charm—bringing world-class dining to the heart of Texas Hill Country.
